Oladapo Congratulates Buhari, Wants Govt To Improve the Game of Golf

FCT Golf Association Chariman, Engr Oladapo Olaide Mohammed has felicitated with President Muhammadu Buhari, over what he described as a well-deserved victory at the just concluded presidential election, urging him to improve the game of golf in the country.

In a statement signed by the Special assistant on Media, Wale Ayeni, the FCT Golf boss opined that, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), security agencies, political parties and all Nigerians deserved commendations for giving peace a chance to some extent before, during and after the announcement of results.

“President Muhammadu Buhari’s victory is a well-deserved one, considering his popularity, acceptance across board and his performances in the last three and half years.“

“The Government of President Muhammadu Buhari has been providing the conducive environment necessary for the game of golf to thrive in our dear country and we believe that the next four years will be even more fruitful for FCT golf association.

“We will always remain very grateful to His Excellency and his Government. We have received the maximum support from the administration. We will work even harder in the next four years to take FCT Golf to even higher heights of excellence.”
